PALMIN: Platform for Augmented Learning in Mineral Systems

PALMIN is a WebGIS portal that integrates geological, geochemical, and deposit-scale information for ore deposits across the Nordic countries. It supports geological and mineral exploration-related interpretations at different scales while preserving data provenance and analytical resolution. The portal combines critical and strategic raw material (CSRM) favourability scoring for ore deposits with Random Forest-based imputation of incomplete geochemical data, providing transparent and extensible decision support for mineral exploration and resource assessment.
